Interior renovation and transformation of an existing food court tenant space into a new Burger King location within Woodland Hills Mall. The project delivered a modernized restaurant environment designed to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and brand visibility within one of the region’s busiest retail destinations. Scope of work included selective demolition, complete interior build-out, updated kitchen and food service infrastructure, new electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems, as well as installation of branded finishes, millwork, and customer ordering areas. The project required close coordination with the City of Tulsa to ensure full compliance with their Infrastructure Development Process, including site preparation, stormwater management, and utility installation. The finished facility features a commercial kitchen, dining hall, meeting rooms, and office spaces, all completed with high-quality decorative finishes that reflect the Lodge's standards and identity. From preconstruction through closeout, Hoey managed every phase of this civic project, demonstrating the team's ability to navigate complex municipal coordination while delivering a polished, fully functional facility on time.
Hoey Construction Company served as Construction Manager for Zeeco's three-phase, multi-year interior and exterior transformation of their Tulsa corporate headquarters, delivering over $12.7 million in total project value. Phase One modernized the workspace with hard-walled private offices, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and new collaboration spaces, while Phase Two expanded the scope to include a full Executive Wing, a branded company history lobby, training facilities, a fitness center, and a reimagined employee commons across the Legal, Accounting, and Executive departments. Phase Three brought a bold exterior overhaul, highlighted by a 5,000-square-foot custom employee patio with architectural canopy, new automated security gates, and a refreshed building facade with custom roofline louvers.
