We specialize in negotiated work and construction management, which means we prefer to be involved early in the process rather than coming in cold at bid time. Early engagement lets us help refine scope, control costs, and build a project schedule that actually works. We also participate in competitive bidding when the project calls for it.
Our primary service area covers a 150-mile radius from our Tulsa, Oklahoma office. That includes Oklahoma City, Springfield, and the Dallas corridor. For the right project, we are willing to discuss opportunities outside that range.
