Construction Management Services

HCC manages your upcoming construction project or program through the planning, design, construction and post construction phases for the purpose of achieving project objectives including the management of quality, cost, time and scope. Construction management is designed to promote the successful execution of capital projects for owners.

Design + Build Services

HCC teams with an architect to minimize the project risk for an owner and to reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project.

Program + Project Management Services

HCC professionally manages the planning, design and construction of your project from inception to completion for the purpose of controlling, scheduling, scope of work, cost versus budget and quality.

General Contracting Services

HCC serves as the primary source for your project. We perform layout, scheduling, estimating and subcontracting of services to get the job done based on the plans you provide.

Hoey Construction Company constructed our new 6,000 square foot office and showroom in 2016. Mike, Edwin and Phillip were great to work with.
